Lovely stay in Guildford! 🌸
What a lekker place! The host was so friendly, made me feel right at home. My room was super comfy and clean—got a solid night's sleep before exploring town! Plus, the location was perfect, just a stroll to everything. 100% recommend this spot for anyone visiting!
Only thing was finding the bathroom took a minute, but not the end of the world.

Sweet as place, but the room was a bit small and finding the bathroom took ages. On the upside, Sue was super friendly and the shower was real choice!

The rooms have great water pressure in the showers, which is always a nice perk after a long day. Although there are a few quirks, I appreciated the clean bedding and fresh towels that made for a comfortable stay.
Noise from the busy road outside is hard to ignore, especially in the front rooms on the ground floor, which can disrupt your sleep. Plus, the furniture seemed tired, and using the power outlets required pulling out furniture, which was a hassle. Several rooms had musty odors, and there were reports of hair and dirt in the shared spaces, which isn’t exactly welcoming.

The beds were comfortable, providing a decent night's sleep. The room had no bug beds, which is always a plus.
Cleanliness was lacking. carpets were dirty and the shower tiles needed a serious scrub with grime present in the grouting. A pillow hidden in the wardrobe had a pair of men's underpants beneath it, which added an element of surprise I didn't ask for. The traffic noise from the busy road outside was pretty prominent, especially at night, making it hard to get some quality rest.

The Acacia offers spacious rooms with a kitchenette, making it perfect for those who want a little home-cooking while away. Sue, the owner, is a gem—extremely welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure a lovely stay, even providing tea, coffee, and cookies in the room.
Noisy room.

The room was nicely decorated and featured sweet-smelling sheets, making it a comfortable retreat. Despite the tired appearance of the bathroom, the bedding and towels seemed clean. accessing power outlets meant pulling out furniture, which was inconvenient. The kitchenette with coffee sachets was a nice touch, enhancing the overall experience.

the room could use some sprucing up, though.
